The hotel was placed in the remote location very down from the hill. There were a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a seating area, and an electric kettle in the room, loved that.

We really enjoyed our peaceful 5-night stay at Shikher in Kalimpong. the staff and host were super-friendly and affable. - the breakfast of toast, pancakes, and omelet was delicious. - the remote setting in the beautiful garden in front of the house was lovely.

The rooms are large and budget-friendly with amazing views and a lovely balcony. The hotel also has an excellent and great location for sightseeing in Kalimpong. The meals are excellent and great. it was a very nice stay with no reason to complain.
